The Core C.A.R.E.™ VIP Program is a 90 day program that will give you the tools and one on one support you need to develop awareness of the movement and postural habits that feed your back, neck and shoulder pain and give your the core tools to re-pattern how your body moves so you can restore your body and get back to the active lifestyle that feeds your soul and supports your life. 

Corrective and restorative exercise (C.A.R.E.™) can help you to re-align and restore your body and keep you feeling good. To feel good in your body you need to learn to move well, which means understanding the basics of how your body moves best and correcting your movement patterns so you can restore your body to proper functioning on a daily basis. 

In our Core C.A.R.E.™ Programs we work with you to do a personalized assessment and treatment program of neuromuscular and movement therapy to help you restore your body and understand the factors influencing your daily pain back, neck and shoulder pain. Then we work with you to retrain your body to function at its best using the Gyrotonic Expansion System and the Core C.A.R.E.™ Online Homework Protocols.
